Wehrenberg Theatres debuts smartphone app

July 1, 2014

Wehrenberg Theatres introduced a new, free smartphone app for Apple and Android services. The app is available now at iTunes’ App Store and Google Play.

Guests can use the app to find the nearest Wehrenberg theatre and easily search movie showtimes. From their phone, they can then purchase tickets to a movie of their choice and pick up tickets without waiting in box-office lines. Other features allow guests to select a favorite theatre for a streamlined process, to get maps to any theatre and even to look up synopsis information for any film. Tickets purchased on a smartphone via Wehrenberg Theatres’ app are secure, and shows can be purchased days in advance.

Click here for the link to the Apple app and here for the Android version.

More versions of the app with additional features are planned for September.

Wehrenberg Theatres currently operates 16 locations in Missouri, Illinois, Minnesota and Iowa.
