MovieTickets.com launches Oscar sweepstakes on Facebook

MovieTickets.com launched a “Cast Your Oscar Ballot” sweepstakes on Facebook to celebrate this year’s Academy Awards. Users who visit the official Facebook page of MovieTickets.com have the chance to win a $25 MovieTickets.com gift card, and one winner will take home the grand prize of free movie tickets for a year.
 
To enter the sweepstakes, visit facebook.com/MovieTicketscom until March 2, 2014 to cast an Oscar ballot in each of the five categories featured and fill out the official entry form. The more entries MovieTickets.com receives, the more gift cards will be given away as part of the sweepstakes.
 
“Social media is a huge part of the moviegoing experience, especially each year as fans engage in discussions related to the Oscars. Our sweepstakes hosted on the MovieTickets.com Facebook page is a fun new way to participate in the conversation and have a chance to win free movies tickets for a year,” said Joel Cohen, CEO of MovieTickets.com.
