Harkins breaks ground on Queen Creek theatre

Nearly 1,000 visitors were on hand on Feb. 15 as Harkins Theatres and the town of Queen Creek, Arizona, celebrated the official groundbreaking at the site of the new Harkins Queen Creek 14 theatre.

Those in attendance were treated to games, Harkins’ popcorn and other movie snacks, with some guests receiving Harkins Family Gift Packs. Harkins mascots “Fill-Up the Cup” and “Movie Monkey” were also in attendance to take pictures with children. All in attendance were invited to an exclusive grand-opening event that will take place in the spring of 2015.

Highlights of the Harkins Queen Creek 14 theatre will include 14 wall-to-wall curved screens, Harkins PlayCenter in-lobby child care, Harkins Ultimate Lounger™ reclining seats, and digital projection and sound.
