Brenden Theatres selects GDC Technology

Las Vegas—GDC Technology announced at CinemaCon that it has secured a server supply contract with Brenden Theatres to install 70 GDC SX-2000 digital cinema servers with integrated media block (IMB) at six locations over the coming months. Brenden operates nearly 100 "Movie Magic" screens at seven locations in the California, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.

“Brenden Theatres is very excited to partner with GDC Tech as we share a common goal to provide the best moviegoing experience possible,” said Johnny Brenden, president and CEO. “We are always looking for ways to bring the magic of movies to life and adopting digital projection and sound that bring us that much closer to our goal.”

Bright Star Systems Corp., a cinema consultant, equipment provider, and installation and service company, will be providing additional equipment and technical support.
