Gary Moss named Imax COO
June 25, 2009
TORONTO -- The head office restructuring at Imax Corp. continued Thursday as veteran music industry executive Gary Moss was named to fill the new position of COO, effective July 20.
Moss comes to Toronto-based Imax after serving for four years as COO and CFO of Live Nation subsidiary Concert Productions International (CPI).

Based in Toronto, Moss will oversee Imax's operations and assist Gelfond in executing overall business strategy.
Before joining CPI, Moss worked at EMI Group Canada as vp of finance for nine years, and with Sega of Canada as vp of finance for another two years.
He also joins Imax as the giant screen exhibitor continues its transition to digital technology and joint venture theatre models.
