Florida's Villages selects Omniterm Theatre Management Software
Oct 25, 2012
“The Villages is excited to continue its ongoing partnership with Omniterm. Omniterm’s TMS solution is currently running in all of our theatre locations” stated Craig Franco, director of operations for the theatre division. “We are looking forward to integrating many new features of the Omniterm Integra TMS system, especially their digital signage software and Out-of-Scope PA-DSS Payment solution in the upcoming months.”
Omniterm’s Integra solution is currently operating in both of The Villages’ multiplexes: the Rialto Theatre on Spanish Springs Town Square, and the Old Mill Playhouse on Market Square at Lake Sumter Landing.
The third site, the Barnstorm Theater, carries a western theme, as evident by the red barn in Brownwood's Paddock Square. It was designed to take customers back to the 1800s when cowboys and cattle hunters roamed the state. The 41-foot-tall, 53,000-square-foot building has a vintage design of a 19th-century Florida barn that will bring in eight additional movie theatre screens to The Villages retirement complex.
