Cambodian Children's Fund hosts free outdoor movie screening

The Cambodian Children’s Fund hosted its inaugural Community Film Screening in the village of Stung Meanchey on Feb. 9. Around 700 children and their families attended an outdoor screening of the Cambodian blockbuster Jailbreak.

Stars of the movie appeared along with members of a celebrated Cambodian band that wrote a song for the film. Cambodian Children’s Fund founder Scott Neeson, a former Hollywood studio executive, also attended the event. The screening was supported by Barco, WML+, Legend Cinema, KFC Cambodia and Pepsi Cambodia.
