Harkness launches new website
Harkness Screens, a in on-screen brightness technology, has launched of its new website promising quick and easy access to essential information and features, as well as a more comprehensive understanding of the company's innovative products and services.
“Given the significant advances over the past few years in the way that we communicate, we felt now was the right time to provide a new platform for knowledge sharing and learning, and we’re extremely excited about launching the site,” said Richard Mitchell, VP global marketing and commercial development at Harkness.
Created with the user-experience firmly in mind, the new site is designed to work seamlessly with both tablets and smart phones. According to Mitchell, mobile devices now account for over 50 percent of visits to the Harkness site. “The second identifiable trend was a dramatic growth in visitors from China, Latin America and French-speaking African countries,” noted Mitchell, “so the new web site offers localized language content in Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and French to improve user experience for visitors in those regions.”
