Regal E-Walk in Times Square is 'Star Wars Command Center'
Regal Entertainment Group announced that the Regal E-Walk Stadium 13 in Times Square has been transformed to the official “Star Wars Command Center” for the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The film screens 24 hours a day on all screens at E-Walk this weekend.
"At Regal, we are thrilled to make E-Walk the nonstop Star Wars destination," said Ken Thewes, chief marketing officer at Regal Entertainment Group. "The Force is strong at E-Walk, where fans can experience Star Wars in 4DX, RPX, 3D, VR or traditional 2D screenings, in the comfort of our new luxury recliner seating."
All moviegoers will receive a collectible ticket when they join the rebellion at Regal E-Walk Stadium 13 and take part in one or all of its Star Wars experiences.
On Thursday, Dec. 14 at 6 p.m., E-Walk holds a special fan event including exclusive content, a limited-edition set of three collectible cards and free concession combo. The IMAX VR pods in the lobby will offer a Star Wars virtual-reality experience, and fans can get their picture taken with the Millennium Falcon or The Red Guard at a Star Wars photo booth.
