Marcus Theatres promotes three executives
Marcus Theatres announced the promotion of Clint Wisialowski to assistant VP of research and development and sales, Bruce Porlier to special projects manager, and Rob Novak to director of concessions.
Wisialowski, a 23-year veteran of the Marcus Theatres Corp., has served the company in a variety of managerial and supervisory roles including general manager of the Marcus Cinema in Addison, Illinois, and most recently as director of dales. In his new role, he will focus on overseeing and managing emerging growth and development opportunities for the division and will continue to lead the company’s sales department.
Porlier will provide data analysis and support for Marcus Theatres’ real estate, concessions and purchasing departments, and assist with identifying potential expansion opportunities, revenue growth strategies and cost control. He has had extensive operations and construction experience during his 39 years with Marcus Theatres and had been director of concessions since 2006.
Novak will oversee concessions operations for all Marcus theatres. He will relocate from Orland Park, Illinois, where he was general manager at the Marcus Orland Park Cinema, to the company’s corporate headquarters in Milwaukee. Novak has been with Marcus Theatres for 16 years.
“All three of these individuals bring an extensive knowledge of Marcus Theatres and its operations to their new positions,” said Bruce Olson, president of Marcus Theatres. “Their dedication and leadership have contributed substantially to the growth and sustainability of the company and we congratulate them on their continued success.”
