Christie to honor Integrity Entertainment Systems at ShowEast
Leading digital-cinema company Christie will present a special award to Integrity Entertainment Systems, led by President Gary Engvold, at October’s ShowEast convention in Hollywood, Florida. The honor recognizes Integrity’s recent milestone of more than 1,000 installations of Christie Solaria® projectors for its customers, which include some of the leading chains and independent cinemas in the U.S.
Craig Sholder, VP of Christie’s Entertainment Solutions Group, stated, “Integrity realizes the importance of providing a total solution to its exhibitor customers and does so by communicating to its customers the advantage of all of Christie’s cinema products and services, including our theatre management software, digital signage and network operations center facilities, in addition to our world-class digital cinema projectors.”
“We are honored to be chosen by Christie for this award, which recognizes the efforts of all our team in serving our growing customer base,” said Engvold. “We choose Christie for the overwhelming majority of our installations, as do our exhibition customers. Christie provides the brightest, highest-quality images for cinema and alternative-content projections, with practically no downtime during conversions, and superior after-sale service and support. The range of 2K to 4K resolutions, plus options for 3D and high-frame-rate projection, make Christie the projection solution for now and the future.
“As well, Christie goes the extra mile in not just supplying excellent products and service support, but also helps me prospect new customers and obtain their digital-conversion financing. That makes a standard business arrangement become a true value-added relationship.”
Integrity is a full-service cinema supply company, created in 2002. Through partnerships with some of the industry’s leading suppliers, it creates custom solutions for projection, seating, point-of-sale, concession and lobby areas.
Integrity is currently installing Christie Solaria Series digital-cinema projectors at a number of theatres across the USA. These include Clearview theatres across the Eastern USA, as a result of that chain’s acquisition in April 2013 by Bow Tie Cinemas. At the time, Bow Tie announced that it intended “to make a substantial investment in the newly acquired Clearview theatres, including Chelsea Cinemas, to fund key upgrades that are designed to enhance the moviegoing experience for customers, including digital projection and 3D installations, concession stand upgrades, decorative improvements and point-of-sale technology that will allow Bow Tie to enhance its customer-loyalty programs.”
