CinemaCon to honor Kinepolis' Eddy Duquenne

Eddy Duquenne, CEO of Kinepolis Group, will receive the “Global Achievement Award in Exhibition” as part of CinemaCon’s International Day on March 24.

Incorporated in 1997, Kinepolis operates 23 multiplexes and 317 screens throughout Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland and Poland. The circuit has been a leader in digitalization, the rollout of 3D cinema and mobile ticketing. It welcomes over 21 million moviegoers annually and employs over 1,800 employees. Additionally, Kinepolis is active in film distribution, event organization, screen advertising and cinema property management.

CinemaCon, the official convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), will be held March 24–27 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
