2016 couldn't let us go without a few more deaths. RIP Carrie Fisher, who passed on December 27th at the age of 60. And RIP Fisher's mother, Golden Age icon Debbie Reynolds, who passed away the next day following a stroke. HBO has announced that they will move up the premiere of Alexis Bloom and Fisher Stevens' doc Bright Lights, about Fisher and Reynolds, to January 7. It was originally planned to air in March.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story has become the third highest-grossing film of the year.
